You'd be surprised how much people enjoy watching paint dry!

Turns out, in all the quiet moments that happen throughout a wedding, guests absolutely love coming over to watch me paint. It becomes a conversation starter, which means that your beautiful keepsake also doubles up as entertainment for your guests. I love chatting to your guests and I deliberately choose not to finish the painting within the night so I have the space and time to give all my attention to the people who matter the most to you.

I will paint live on the day for 6 hours and you are welcome to come over and see the painting whenever you would like to or you can save it for a reveal at the end of the night. The painting comes home with me for finishing touches. I spend 15-20 hours on your painting in total as I love to do all the intricate details. Your painting will also be fully gloss varnished and framed to protect it from light and dust damage.

Pride of place!! Lucy is an incredible artist who blended in with the guests so seamlessly I didn’t know she was painting away during our ceremony! She is kind and sweet and beyond generous! This painting was done for us as we lost our son 7 months before our wedding and sadly couldn’t have him attend, so this means so much to us to have a beautifully painted image of us together.

She did the image of my son complete justice, having nothing more than some screenshots for reference pictures! It is amazing how completely accurate she got his image and it feels like he was there.
